1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using FinParse Pro, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on FinParse's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• modify or copy the materials;
• attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on FinParse's website;
• remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials;

3. Service Availability

While we strive to provide 99.9% uptime, FinParse Pro is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service with or without notice.

4. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of any financial files you upload for parsing. FinParse Pro assumes no liability for the contents of your uploaded documents or any business decisions made based on our parsing outputs.

5. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
